Welcome to the Washington County Public Law Library website. We are dedicated to providing quality legal research and resources to members of the judiciary, Washington County Bar Association, legal community as well as the general public. Our services are free of charge to everyone.

Hours of Operation:

            Monday - Friday               8:00 AM  to 4:30 PM

We have two locations: 

Room 521 Fifth Floor

New Courthouse

located at the corner of   Dickson St. & College Ave.

AND

Room 101 First Floor

Historic Court House

 located at the intersection of Center St. and College Ave.

We also provide access to Westlaw Legal Research at both

Fayetteville Public Library

Springdale Public Library

NEWS: 

WESTLAW TRAINING (CLE)

On Wednesday June 6, 2012 the Washingington County Public Law Library will be presenting WESTLAW TRAINING free of charge for anyone interested. This training will be worth 1 hour of CLE. Training will be held in the Law Library located in room 101 of the Historic Courthouse.
